Rental Application

Instructions to Submit an Application:

1. Please print one completed application for every adult (over age 18) who proposes to occupy the rental unit. Complete the application fully leaving no blanks. Date and sign the application.
2. Be sure to indicate which application fee you wish to use. The fee applies to each proposed adult occupant, no exceptions.
3. Hand deliver OR scan and email pmintake@shorewood.com OR fax your completed, dated, signed application with photo ID and recent pay stub to 310-376-4512.
4. Deliver your fee in person OR via 1st class mail OR overnight mail. We can not process your application until the fee is received.
5. If submitting multiple applications for roommates, please note we can not process the applications until all applications, supporting documentation and fees are received.
6. Please note that if this rental unit is offered to you the Security Deposit and First Months Rent must be paid in the form of a cashiers check or money order.
