Daniel D. Chang was born and raised by the sandy shores of the Los Angeles, South Bay Area. His familiarity with the neighborhoods allows him to be knowledgeable about a variety of real estate markets. He also stays updated on what’s going on in the community. Before getting into real estate, Daniel worked in private clientele services for a global investment brokerage and as a project coordinator, marketing/technology consultant for defense contracting firm. He joined the Shorewood team because of its distinguished reputation, extensive network, and extensive resources. Daniel uses these tools to better himself as a real estate professional, but also keeps his clients up to date with the constantly changing market conditions. By staying current on market trends he is able to make the home buying and selling process as comfortable and effortless as possible.
Daniel's main focus has always been on building honest relationships. He is a people person by nature, which allows him to build strong, open lines of communication with his clients. He takes pride in his balance of being analytical while maintaining strong communication skills, which allows him to anticipate and derail any challenge that come up during the sales process. Equipped with an educational background in economics and mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and past work experience, he is capable of making sure every transaction is accomplished in a comprehensive and timely manner. Through his diligence and innovative mindset, he is able to use creative ideas to tackle any tasks and works only at the highest standard. Daniel's ultimate goal: Achieving and maintaining his clients’ satisfaction and happiness with his services, making them want to refer their friends and family.
