Cal State University-Dominguez Hills provides a great bonus to the city by raising the perception of academia, offering low cost extension classes and numerous cultural and sporting events.The light rail system is available to sweep commuters to Long Beach as well as to downtown Los Angeles (18 miles). LAX is a short 10 miles away.
