Lon spends most his time on sales and technology training for his team. He has been a landlord for over a decade and owns over 50 rental properties. Before founding Your Castle in 2004, he spent eight years as a strategy consultant with Deloitte Touche and Arthur Anderson. He received his undergraduate degree in business from University of Iowa and has an MBA from Vanderbilt.
Charles Roberts is a registered appraiser, registered loan officer and licensed Realtor. He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 18 years, completing several dozen fix up projects along the way, and currently owns and manages his own portfolio of properties. He teaches many of our classes and mentors new agents.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy oversees the day to day operations and staff, and focuses primarily on big picture projects. He helps new and experienced agents get oriented by answering questions on REcolorado, CTMe, Centralized Showing, DORA, but also can answer all non-contract related questions and explain many of the tools Shorewood provides.
Vice President - Southern Colorado Region
Eric is an integral member at Shorewood and focuses on the leadership of the Southern Colorado region, its growth and success. With over 10 years of real estate experience, and an undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University, Eric's drive and motivation comes from helping others succeed and helping Shorewood and its team grow. His efforts in business development have proven valuable over the years helping position Shorewood and its team as a leading company along the front range.
Vice President - Compliance and Training
With 25+ years in real estate Vicky brings extensive knowledge and skills to Shorewood. Her main focus is to help the company stay compliant and she is a tremendous resource to team members when it comes to contracts and helping them better understand the industry and its constant changes. She has been a member of the Shorewood Family for many years and continues to be a valuable asset to the company as it continues to grow and prosper.
Vice President of Relocation
Amber Miller oversees the corporate relocation department and is a Certified Relocation Specialist. Her main focus includes building and maintaining national partnerships with relocation companies and employers of all sizes. Her expertise in the industry and specifically relocation accumulates to well over 15 years. Amber is well known across the country for her involvement in major business initiatives and the growth of her relocation department in Colorado and previously in markets across the country establishing both national and international business opportunities.
Northern Colorado Regional Manager
Charity oversees our Northern Colorado region and is an instrumental member of Shorewood. With 20+ years in the business and well known for her training in and outside of Shorewood, Charity is well known in the industry, helping our team by offering the best training and resources to build a solid foundation for their real estate careers. Charity is actively involved in several community initiatives within our industry and a leader in all Northern Colorado communities.
Assistant Regional Manager
Shawn Gius helps oversee day to day operations and business development in Southern Colorado. His experience in office administration, marketing and recruiting gives Shawn a strong foundation for helping maintain and grow our Colorado Springs office. He is well known in Pueblo and Colorado Springs and an important piece to keeping Southern Colorado on a track of growth. He has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado State University - Pueblo.
