DIRECTOR, RELOCATION & CORPORATE SERVICES - Morena Cohan, CRP

• Designated as Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist.
• Established the Relocation Division in 1991.
• Developed our reputation in the industry with her excellent service to corporate accounts and transferring families.
• Member of Employee Relocation Council, Relocation Directors Council, and Southern California Relocation Council.  Regularly attends industry conferences including Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and ERC International Conferences.
• Represents Shorewood Realtors at numerous industry-related conventions and conferences throughout the U.S., both as a participant and a presenter.
• Oversees the entire relocation process and results of relocation-related business, increasing our success rate every year!
• Responsible for ongoing training of Relocation Division staff and Relocation Specialist agent teams. 

RELOCATION MANAGER - Beth Williams

• Responsible for ensuring clients receive information and assistance regarding home selling or home purchasing anywhere in the U.S. and personally supervises the process with effective follow-up techniques.
• Objective Expertise in the South Bay real estate market helps clients determine where to look and what to look for.
• Coordinate homefinding trips to the entire Los Angeles area by advising clients about alternatives to the South Bay based on the client's needs and priorities.
• Continuous involvement in Relocation Division planning and agent training.
• Exceptional attention to detail

RELOCATION SPECIALIST TEAM

• The Relocation Specialist Team is a hand-selected, elite group of specially-trained, experienced professionals available to represent Clients of the Relocation Division.
• Each Realtor on the Team has been through extensive training and is reviewed annually to ensure consistency and provide feedback.
• Specialists are experts at providing comprehensive tours of the area.
